SPILLS PREVENTION PROGRAM

Terratechnik Environmental Limited (TTK) is invested in environmental protection throughout all aspects of its operations. Terratechnik pledges responsibility to act in the most environmentally sustainable manner with respect to spills prevention. Terratechnik takes every precaution and implements numerous spills prevention initiatives including, but not limited to:

Extensive staff training
Set-up and maintenance of specific fueling and maintenance areas for vehicles and equipment in applicable areas
Site-specific Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) and Spill Prevention and Contingency Plans (SPCPs) are strictly enforced and efficiently implemented on all applicable project sites
Appropriate safe storage of applicable chemicals and liquids

In the event of an accidental release, the site-specific Emergency Response Plan and Spill Prevention Contingency Plan would be immediately implemented. All project sites are more than adequately equipped to handle all possible accidental release events as outlined in the Spill Prevention Contingency Plan including, but not limited to:

First aid kits and emergency response equipment (spill kits) are available near storage areas and on re-fuelling vehicles
All vehicles on-site are equipped with spill kits
Fire protection equipment is maintained on-site and all personnel are trained to respond to emergencies in accordance with the site plan
MSDS for all hazardous substances are accessible on-site

As outlined in Terratechnik's Environmental Protection Policy any environmental impairment resulting from an accidental release will be efficiently and expertly remediated as directed by the appropriate regulatory bodies.
